Mon–Sun 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM · 24×7 emergency callouts
Diagnostic-led repairs. We find the cause, not just the symptom.
A tripping MCB, a dead socket or a flickering light is a symptom. Swapping the visible part without measuring the circuit simply moves the problem somewhere less convenient. Our electricians arrive with clamp meters, insulation testers and socket analysers, and they leave having found the actual cause.
The repair call most households in Surat make sounds simple: one MCB keeps tripping. The temptation — and the approach of a great many roadside electricians — is to replace that MCB with a higher-rated one. The tripping stops, the customer is satisfied, and a protective device that was doing precisely its job has been removed from a circuit that is drawing more current than its cable can safely carry. Six months later the same household is calling about a burning smell.
We work the other way round. An MCB that trips is telling you something specific: an overload, a short circuit, or an earth leakage. Each has a different signature and a different measurement that proves it. We isolate the circuit, measure the running current under load with a clamp meter, check insulation resistance core-to-core and core-to-earth with a megger, and test the socket wiring for reverse polarity and open earth. Fifteen minutes of measurement almost always identifies the fault precisely, and the repair that follows is the correct one.
Common findings in Surat homes are predictable once you have seen enough of them. Monsoon-season earth leakage from moisture ingress at an outdoor light or a bathroom geyser point. A neutral wire loosened by years of thermal cycling in an over-filled switchboard, arcing quietly behind the plate. An air-conditioner on a 6 A circuit that was never intended for it. A borewell pump with degraded motor insulation dragging the RCCB down. A nail driven through a concealed conduit during a false-ceiling installation.
Our repair vans carry the parts that fix ninety per cent of calls on the first visit — MCBs and RCCBs in the common ratings, modular switches and sockets, holders, ballasts and LED drivers, connectors, ferrules, cable in the standard sizes, and geyser and fan spares. Where a part must be sourced, we make the installation safe, tell you plainly what it will cost and when we will return, and we do return.
You get a written note of what was measured, what was found, what was replaced and what we recommend watching. If the underlying issue is bigger than the call-out — cable at end of life, an undersized main, an earthing pit that has dried out — we tell you honestly, quote it separately, and never bundle it in as an emergency you must solve today.
The difference between a job that lasts and one you will be calling about again is almost always in the details below.
Every call starts with instruments. We can show you the reading that proves the fault, which means the repair is right the first time.
Vesu, Piplod, Citylight, Althan and Bhatar are typically reached within 90 minutes of your call during working hours.
Our vans carry the MCBs, RCCBs, modular accessories, drivers and cable that resolve the large majority of domestic faults immediately.
You approve a price before a spanner moves. No surprise additions, no invented urgency, no pressure to buy work you do not need.
Raising the breaker rating to stop nuisance tripping defeats the protection. We fix the cause and keep the device correctly sized.
If the same fault returns on the same circuit within six months, we come back and make it right at no charge.
Every step is the same whether the job is worth ₹400 or ₹95,000.
Call or WhatsApp. What trips, when, and what was running at the time — that alone usually narrows it to two possibilities.
You get a two-hour window and a message when the electrician sets off, with their name and vehicle details.
Circuit isolation, load measurement, insulation-resistance testing and socket analysis to identify the actual cause.
We explain the finding in plain language, show you the reading, and quote the repair before starting it.
The fault is corrected and the circuit is re-tested under load to confirm the readings are now within specification.
A written record of measurements and parts, plus your six-month workmanship warranty on the repair.
Indicative 2026 ranges. You always receive a firm, itemised price after inspection — and nothing starts until you approve it.

My RCCB had been tripping every night for two weeks and the previous electrician told me to replace the whole board. Ambey's technician isolated the circuits one at a time and found moisture in a terrace light point in about forty minutes. Fixed the fitting, sealed the entry, ₹1,400 total. Honest work.
Our MCB kept tripping and a previous electrician just fitted a bigger one. Ambey's technician explained why that was dangerous, measured the actual current on the circuit and found the kitchen was drawing well over what the cable could take. Added a separate circuit. Correct diagnosis instead of a shortcut.
