Mon–Sun 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM · 24×7 emergency callouts
Answered at 3 AM. On site while it is still a problem, not yet a disaster.
Some electrical problems can wait until morning. Sparking, a burning smell, water on live parts and a total supply failure cannot. Our emergency line is answered by a person at any hour, and an electrician is dispatched, not scheduled.
The decision most people struggle with at midnight is whether what they are looking at is genuinely an emergency. The line is simpler than it seems. If there is smoke, a burning or fishy plastic smell, visible sparking, arcing sounds from a wall or board, water reaching live equipment, a shock from an appliance body, or a total supply failure that is not the street's fault — call immediately, at any hour. If it is a single dead socket, one flickering light, or a fan that has stopped, morning is fine and it will cost you less.
What to do before we arrive matters. Switch off the main supply at the distribution board if you can reach it safely — this alone prevents most escalations. Do not repeatedly reset a breaker that keeps tripping; each reset pushes fault current through a cable that may already be damaged. Do not touch anything wet that could be live, and do not use water on an electrical fire. If you smell burning and cannot locate it, get everyone out and call the fire service on 101 alongside us. Our operator will talk you through the immediate steps while the electrician is on the way.
Our emergency vans carry what emergency work actually needs — MCBs and RCCBs across the common ratings, cable in every standard size, connectors, ferrules, modular accessories, holders and drivers, temporary lighting, insulation and earth testers, and a portable supply so that we can get essential circuits back on even when the fault needs a proper repair in daylight. The priority at 2 AM is safety and restoration, not perfection.
That distinction is one we make explicitly with customers. On an emergency call we make the installation safe, isolate what must be isolated, restore whatever can be restored safely, and tell you clearly what remains to be done properly. We do not attempt full remedial work at three in the morning under a torch, and we do not charge emergency rates for work that could have waited until a scheduled visit. Anything deferred is quoted at normal rates.
Response times within our primary area — Vesu, Piplod, Citylight, Althan, Bhatar, VIP Road, Gaurav Path, Pal, Adajan and Athwa — are typically 45 to 90 minutes at night and faster during the day. Wider Surat is generally covered within two hours. Our AMC clients, residential and commercial, get priority dispatch ahead of the general queue.
The difference between a job that lasts and one you will be calling about again is almost always in the details below.
No queue, no message service. You speak to someone who can advise on immediate safety while the electrician is dispatched.
Vesu, Piplod, Citylight, Althan, Bhatar, VIP Road, Pal, Adajan and Athwa, at night. Faster during working hours.
The right action in the first two minutes often prevents the escalation entirely. We talk you through it on the call.
Portable supply and temporary lighting mean essential circuits can often be back on before the permanent repair.
We do not do full remedial work under a torch at 3 AM, and we do not charge emergency rates for work that could have waited.
Contracted residential and commercial clients go ahead of the general queue, with a guaranteed response window.
Every step is the same whether the job is worth ₹400 or ₹95,000.
Answered by a person at any hour. Describe what you can see, smell or hear — that determines the dispatch priority.
Our operator talks you through isolating the supply and removing immediate risk while the electrician is already moving.
You get the electrician's name and an ETA, with an update if traffic changes it. We do not leave you waiting blind.
Hazard removal and isolation come first, before any diagnosis. Nothing is energised until the immediate risk is gone.
Instrument testing locates the fault, and essential circuits are restored wherever it is safe to do so tonight.
Written record of the fault and outstanding work, quoted at normal daytime rates for a scheduled return.

They surveyed the flat properly before quoting — actually walked around listing every appliance and worked out a load calculation. Two other contractors just gave me a per-point rate. The finished job came with a circuit schedule and test readings, and every MCB in the board is labelled. I finally know which breaker does what.
My RCCB had been tripping every night for two weeks and the previous electrician told me to replace the whole board. Ambey's technician isolated the circuits one at a time and found moisture in a terrace light point in about forty minutes. Fixed the fitting, sealed the entry, ₹1,400 total. Honest work.
Twenty-two year old flat with no RCCB and nobody had ever mentioned it. They explained the difference between MCB and RCCB in plain language, showed me the trip time on the tester after fitting, and gave me a certificate. Small job, done like it mattered.
