The most valuable thing we do for a new residential client is usually the initial safety audit. It takes about two hours and covers earth resistance measurement, insulation resistance on every circuit, RCCB presence and trip testing, MCB rating verification against cable sizes, socket polarity and earth continuity at every point, distribution board thermal check, and a visual inspection of every switchboard. The report is a plain-language list sorted into what is urgent, what should be planned, and what is fine. Most homes have two or three items in the first category that nobody knew about.
Day to day, the work is the ordinary business of a household: fitting fans and lights, replacing switches and sockets, adding points where furniture moved, wiring geysers and chimneys, sorting a tripping circuit, installing an inverter, running a line to a new air-conditioner, fixing what the last person did badly. We do all of it with the same standards we apply to a full rewire — measured, ferruled, torqued, tested.
We also run an annual home electrical maintenance plan. One visit a year covering DB inspection and terminal torque check, RCCB trip test, earth resistance measurement, a scan of every switchboard for heat, and minor corrections included. It costs less than a single emergency callout and it is the closest thing to an insurance policy against the sort of fault that starts as a warm socket and ends as a fire.

Prices exclude civil repair and repainting where wall chasing is involved. Materials are charged at cost with original bills handed over, and there is no emergency markup on parts at any hour.
